We would like to welcome you and your friends to FaceFault, a new online anime magazine that will (or at least we plan so) provide insightful, informative, and interesting news and commentary of the happenings of the anime world. FaceFault is user contributed, and will only grow with help from your "mad writing skillz." Thus, we invite you now to move your mouse pointer to the top of this page, reaching the Submit an Article link, and fire a click! You'll be guided through an array of straight forward forms and then approached with a big textbox (yay!). Let your ideas flow in this big textbox; it's where you get to write your article. Think outside the box (but do write within it).
The type of articles you can submit vary. It can be a one-shot, question and answer session, or even a periodical column (yes, within a magazine). If you can get an interview, that would be spectacular. FaceFault is really interested in nearly any content that fits into anime and culture, and culture can include anything that is somewhat related to anime (such as the Japanese culture). Ideas for writings range from reviews to critiques, to commentaries. Exceptions do exist though; we don't want reviews of common anime series such as Inuyasha, Naruto, and One Piece, seeing as that most people watching anime already know about them. A full list of exceptions can be found on the Submit an Article page.
So let's see what you get with FaceFault: practice with writing, fun reading material, and something to do when bored. And not to forget, all articles here will have a link to its writer, so if you write an article and submit it us, you'll get some nice publicity as well.
One note! Although we may boast a magazine, this isn't any periodical. Articles stream out every so often, not in monthly or weekly batches. There can be a fresh supply each day (if submissions kick up) for your eyes to wander through. This magazine provides a contrast from the usual fast paced features Keiichi Anime Forever is used to. Nevertheless, do try it out and share it with your friends. It can only grow with your help!
Thank you,
FaceFault Magazine
P.S. Share it with your friends. Post it on your blog. Show it on your Xanga, LiveJournal, deviantART, MySpace, <insert social networking site here>.
